Shipping, Returns, and Warranty
Please open and inspect your order within 48 hoursof receipt for damages or errors made in shipping. Any issues must be called or emailed to our Customer Service department within three days of receipt of shipment in order to have your shipment corrected.

Requests for returns of item(s) purchased from7E Wellnessmust be received within 30 daysof delivery for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the item and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA).
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on devices opened and unopened in their original packaging so long as it falls within 30 days of delivery. There will be a $199 restocking fee on MyoLift™ 600 and $299 restocking fee on MyoLift™ MD.
7E Wellness does not accept returns on any gels, spritzers, or conductive masks. We only accept returns on unopened conductive gloves, EGF sheet masks, and Vitalizing Sheet masks. All other accessories are eligible for a refund if the return request is submitted within the 30 day return window.
If you are returning an item, please note thatreturn shipping charges are paid by the customer. If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to 7E Wellness as well as return shipping is paid by the customer. 7E Wellness will pay return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Items purchased through a retailer must be returned or exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy. If you received your item(s) from 7E Wellness as a gift from a friend or relative who placed the order through7ewellness.com, please have the gift giver contact us to arrange the appropriate return or exchange.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to arrange for the appropriate return or exchange.
Step 1: Contact 7E Customer Supportby email:info@7ewellness.comor, by calling: 888-412-3160. Youmust include your name, order #, concerns and/or issues so that we may process your RMA.
Step 2: 7E Customer Supportwill create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Step 3: 7E Customer Supportwill email you your RMA form. You must print, complete and include the form when shipping items to our warehouse.
Step 4: Clearly mark the outside of the shipping box with your name, address and RMA number. Ship your item(s) to the address listed on the RMA form.
Step 5: Once your shipment is received by our warehouse it will be processed and you will be informed within seven days with a resolution of your RMA.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE:
If you place an order for an item and that item goes on sale within 3 days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a price adjustment. To get a price adjustment the following criteria must be met:
- Must be an identical item/bundle
- Only one price match per item
- No price match on an item you already purchased on sale.
- Price match doesn't apply on special promotion like BlackFridayand Xmas
All Myolift devices,with the exception of the MyoLift MD device,are warranted to the original consumer for a period oftwo yearsfrom the original purchase date,.Online warranty registration is required.
The MyoLift™ MDis warranted to the original consumer for a period of three years from the original purchase date. You can purchase two additional years for $199. The devices are warranted against defective materials or workmanship. This warranty is null and void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, improper service, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. This warranty does not extend to any devices that have been altered or modified, or damagedproducts or parts that have had the serial number removed, altered, defaced, or rendered illegible. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or replacement of adapter, elastic, electrical cord, applicators and other accessories. For warranty service, for a product covered under the warranty period, please use the information in the "Returns" section above to acquirea Return Merchandise Authorize form (RMA).Please send products insured, packed with sufficient protection, postage insurance, prepaid to the address. Customer's duty/brokerage fee, if any, must be paid by the consumer.
If the device was purchased from an authorized 3rd party retailer, you must present the purchase receipt at the time you request any warranty services. Online registration is required.
If you received a Myolift device as a gift and you are in need of warranty services, please contact the person who gave the gift and ask them to contact us on your behalf. 7E will need to verify proof of purchase. Online warranty registration is required.
Device battery, lead wire, and probes are warranted to theoriginal consumer for a period of 6 months from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase required.
Please note: 7E recommendsthat you replace your Mini, TriWave, and 600 probes every 1 to 1.5 years.
Charges will be rendered for repairs made to the product after the expiration of the two (2) year warranty on the Myolift Mini and Myolift 600 or the three (3) year warranty on the Myolift MD. We cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during shipping. Please call Customer Support at 888-412-3169 to get a quote for charges.
